If you, a young family member or loved one, a friend, a patient, or a even a student is in the midst of mental health crisis our center is equipped & ready to assist you w/ support & resources 24/7, 365 days a year (including holidays). We understand that experiencing mental crisis is no respecter of time or person; we've set up several methods of contact to accommodate your needs and comfortability wherever & whenever mental health crisis strikes. Among the various contact routes available;

  • Request additional information following the prompt below; again, you can expect a response within 24hrs of your submission.
  • Perhaps the easiest method for contact, especially if presently experiencing a mental health crisis, is to come straight to our location. We are open 24/7/365, no appointment is necessary, we provide 100% FREE & voluntary service, and can provide both medical & mental health assessment to determine admittance eligibility. Crisis trained 'Rise Up' staff will then support members develop a plan of care & safety plan to accomplish mental health stabilization. Both during stay and at time of discharge, member's will be provided with personal and community tools & resources to help them better combat mental health crisis in their future.

Criteria for admittance will be a 'crisis' as defined by the family, school, individual, therapist, doctor, law enforcement, first responder, loved one, or community member. Services provided to children, youth, and adolescents in the context of crisis with co-occurring conditions may include but are not limited to;

  • Mental Health Conditions
  • SUDs (Substance Use Disorders)
  • Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
  • Non-Acute Traumatic Brain Injuries

We do NOT discriminate services from any group or individual including but not limited to;

  • Youth without Legal Immigration Status
  • Youth with Physical Disabilities
  • LGBTQIA+ Youth
  • Uninsured Youth
